We had a wonderful stay at a hotel on 5th Avenue. The service and people were extremely nice. Despite being near the clubs, noise was never an issue. The room we got had a nice view overlooking the avenue. It was the perfect spot for relaxed evenings. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location. Close to the beach and in the midst of all the action. Small kitchen provided for cooking meals. Clean and simplistic. Rooftop patio offers views of the beach and street. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, not far from the beach and close to the ferry to Cozumel. It is a great location for those who want to enjoy the beach and take day trips to the nearby island. Additionally, it is not near all the clubs, so it offers a quieter atmosphere.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a letdown. Some towels were dirty and the floor was not properly cleaned.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Playa del Carmen and had a wonderful experience. Firstly, the value for money was exceptional - I got a spacious two-bedroom flat with a kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the bustling 5th Avenue. The attention to detail was impressive, with complimentary amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body cream provided. Additionally, the staff were exceptional - honest, friendly, and always willing to help.
No improvements needed - everything was perfect.

We stumbled upon this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing value for the price. the apartment was fully equipped with a kitchen, which was very convenient. the location was perfect, with a short walking distance to the bus station and the ferry to Cozumel. the balcony overlooking the street provided a great atmosphere without any noise disturbance.
The kitchen equipment was minimal and there was no oven. the bed was a bit small for two people.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a block away from the beach and a few blocks from the ADO bus station. The staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help. The bathroom was newly renovated, and the room had a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, allowing us some flexibility for cooking. The WiFi worked well, and the room was spacious with air conditioning.

Set right in the center of everything, this hotel is the perfect base for exploring Playa del Carmen. Just a short walk to the beach and a couple blocks away from the bus station, it couldn't be more convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing beach towels and even offering access to the hotel's sister properties and beach clubs.
The lack of a dish towel in the kitchen was a small inconvenience.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location right in the center of the action on 5th Avenue. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and it's a bonus that some of them have balconies facing the main strip.
No major issues, everything was just fine.
